A small group yoga series created specifically for people living with and beyond cancer.
Sundays, November 1–December 6
12:00–1:15 PM
Lumos Yoga & Barre
2001 Green St, Philadelphia, PA 19130
Over six weeks, we’ll explore movement, breathwork, meditation, and restorative practices designed to support strength, mobility, body awareness, nervous system regulation, and connection.
This is not simply a “gentle yoga” series. Each class offers options for different energy levels, abilities, and treatment-related considerations, with opportunities to build strength alongside slower, grounding, and restorative practices. You’ll be encouraged to meet your body where it is each week and choose the version of the practice that feels most supportive to you.
Your six-week series includes:
Six 75 minute small group oncology yoga classes
A 1:1 intake conversation before the series to discuss your goals and individual considerations
Adaptive movement for a range of energy and mobility levels
Strength, balance, mobility, and range of motion practices
Breathwork, meditation, and restorative yoga
Opportunities for reflection and community connection
Weekly resources to support your practice between classes
Tiered Pricing
All three rates include the same complete six-week experience. Please choose the rate that feels most appropriate for you.
Supported Rate — $150
For those who would benefit from a lower-cost option to make the series more accessible.
Standard Rate — $210
The standard cost of participating in the six-week series.
Pay It Forward Rate — $270
For those with greater financial flexibility. The additional contribution supports the Cancer Care Yoga Collective Scholarship Fund, helping make future programs accessible to participants for whom cost may be a barrier.
Pay It Forward Rates and donation-based classes help fund scholarships for those with financial hardship. If the Supported Rate is still a barrier to participating, please reach out to inquire about scholarship availability.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Whether you are currently in treatment, navigating recovery, or living in long-term survivorship, you are welcome to practice at your own pace and choose what best supports your body that day.
Cancellation Policy
Because this is a progressive six-week series with limited enrollment, missed classes are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another participant. Cancellations made at least seven days before the series begins will receive a refund.
If a health or treatment related change prevents you from continuing after the series, please contact me. A prorated refund or credit towards a future series may be provided, and medical documentation is not required.
